Kara joined Caithkin in 2020 as a foster home resource worker, working with our foster homes to ensure that they are supported and heard within the system.  Kara has been the Placement Coordinator/Foster Home Resource Worker for the past few years at Caithkin, assisting with the appropriate placement of referrals in foster homes within our program. 

As of April 2025, Kara has taken on the position of a Resource and Placement Supervisor, this position is responsible for supervising the Resource Workers, maintaining the organization of case distribution, assisting with case specific requirements and managing performance.
