Julia carries the primary responsibility for our after hours support to foster parents, treatment support workers and placing agencies.  Her experience as a Treatment Support Worker with Caithkin as well as her prior experience in the public sector is a real strength which ensure that the support needed is effective, timely and in compliance with all ministry and Caithkin policies.
