Jessica joined Caithkin in 2019 as a Treatment Support Worker, supporting clients one on one in the community and in Foster Homes. In 2021 Jesscia was assigned the role of Team Lead, continuing to support clients, providing support to the Treatment Support Worker Team and taking a lead in the day-to-day operation of one of Caithkin’s uniquely staffed Foster Homes. In 2022 Jessica accepted an opportunity to work with a Children’s Aid Society, gaining valuable experience that she was able to bring back to Caithkin when she returned in 2023. Jessica is now a Caithkin Resource Worker, providing support to a group of Foster Homes.
