Courtney joined Caithkin in 2023 as Adult Resource Worker, providing support to Host Homes and Adults in the Caithkin program. Courtney has extensive experience working with adults in supported group home environments and providing guidance to ensure individual success for each client. She advocates for clients and works with agencies and community partners to provide the care required and opportunities to learn and grow.
