Ken joined Caithkin in March of 2025 as a Treatment Support Worker Supervisor. Ken oversees the Treatment Support Worker (TSW) team, ensuring effective scheduling, communication, and program coordination for youth in foster and host homes. Ken works closely with Resource Workers, Foster Parents, and Human Resources to manage recruitment, training, and performance of TSWs. With over 30 years of working in the Social Services field and Child Welfare, Ken is dedicated to maintaining high-quality support services and he plays a key role in encouraging a structured and supportive environment for staff, clients and foster parents.
