Sylvia joined Caithkin Treatment Foster Homes in August 2024 as a part-time Human Resource and Accounting Assistant while in school at York for Human Resource Management. In January 2025 after graduating, she transitioned into the full-time role of Human Resource and Accounting Coordinator, taking on greater responsibilities in HR and financial operations. Sylvia helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, supporting both the team and the organization’s mission to provide quality care for children and youth.
