Kayla joined Caithkin in September 2024 as a Treatment Support Worker, where she provided one-on-one support to clients in both community settings and foster homes. Through this role, she worked closely with youth and caregivers to help promote stability, growth, and positive daily routines.

In 2026, Kayla accepted the opportunity to transition into the role of a Caithkin Resource Worker. In this position, she now provides ongoing support to a group of foster homes, collaborating with caregivers and the clinical team to ensure youth receive consistent and effective care.
